2、 Filter type dust removal equipment
The dust containing gas and the filtering medium achieve gas-solid separation through inertial collision, diffusion, interception, screening, and other actions. This dust removal device is called a filtering dust removal equipment. According to the different filtering media and structural forms used, this type of dust collector can be further divided into:
(1) Bag filter dust removal device, commonly referred to as bag filter.
(2) Particle layer dust removal device.
Suitable for dry powder industries such as flour, coal powder, sand powder, and aluminum powder, but not suitable for dust with strong adhesion and moisture content.

3、 Electrostatic dust removal equipment
According to the principle of positive and negative charge attraction, the exhaust gas containing particles is ionized under a high-voltage electric field, causing the particles to carry charges. When the charged particles enter the electrostatic dust collection area, they are adsorbed on the electrostatic plate, completing the electrostatic purification process.
Suitable for industries such as metal processing, aviation, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing, textile printing and dyeing, mechanical processing, die-casting, etc. Its advantage is that it has no consumables in the later stage and can be repeatedly cleaned and used. Currently, it has a wide range of applications.
4、 Wet dust removal equipment
Dust removal equipment that uses water or other liquids as dust collection media is called wet dust removal equipment. According to the level of energy consumption of the equipment, it can be further divided into:
(1) Low energy wet dust collectors, such as hollow spray towers, water film dust collectors, etc.
(2) High energy wet dust collectors, such as Venturi humidifiers.
