Product Introduction:

The Del Environmental ZE series modular dust collector is a vertical cabinet type machine body that adopts a filter cartridge type filtration, consisting of an ash collection section, a filtration section, a fan section, a pulse cleaning section, and an electrical control device. Mainly used for dust removal or separate equipment in various types of processing workshops and grinding rooms, such as grinding, polishing, welding, sandblasting, sand cleaning, powder coating, and powder spraying.

Working principle:

Under the negative pressure of the fan, dusty air enters the settling chamber through the inlet of the pipeline, and the airflow speed rapidly decreases. Large and heavy particles of dust settle in the ash hopper, while small dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter cartridge as it flows through the air. Clean air flows into the clean room and is then silenced before being discharged from the outlet.

When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter cartridge reaches the set value, the electromagnetic pulse valve opens and instantly sprays clean dust on the filter cartridge without stopping the machine. After cleaning, the pressure difference decreases and the dust collector continues to maintain the dust collection state.
