To meet the different installation requirements of the factory, mobile welding smoke purifiers can be divided into two types: with automatic cleaning and without automatic cleaning.

Working principle:

The smoke and dust generated during the production operation are sucked into the mobile welding smoke and dust purification machine through the suction hood due to the gravitational force of the fan. The large particles are separated and intercepted by the pre filter fire screen. The preliminarily filtered smoke and dust go through the filter element protection plate to further block the particles and residual sparks. The filtered smoke and dust enter the main filter element, which is made of imported film coated polyester fiber material and has a filtration efficiency of 99.9%, The purified gas is further purified by the activated carbon layer filter cotton and discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.

Product structure features:

Filter unit: composed of three parts: pre filter layer, main filter layer, and chemical filter layer. The pre filter layer can adsorb larger particles in the airflow to avoid premature blockage of the main filter layer; The main filter layer is a HEPA filter element, installed vertically. The high-efficiency filter material has a filtration efficiency of 99.9% for particles of 0.3 microns. The chemical filter element is generally an activated carbon layer, which can effectively absorb odors and harmful gases in the airflow, making indoor emissions meet standards;

Pulse cleaning (optional): The pulse control system can manually or timed automatically clean the filter drum. During the cleaning process, the electromagnetic pulse valve will be automatically opened in sequence. High pressure air will blow the dust filtered on the surface of the filter drum completely and completely along the gap between the conical plunger and the inner arm of the filter drum, and the dust will fall into the ash collection drum under the action of gravity;
